Guacamole

Perfect for snacking or with drinks. You can also justify eating this as avocados are a great source of omega 3, i.e. brain food!

INGREDIENTS

Makes a bowlful

2 medium ripe avocados
juice of 1 lime
1/2 finely chopped chilli (optional)
plenty sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Stone and scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Mash will with a fork. Squeeze lime juice into it and mix. Add chilli if using and season well.

If made ahead, make sure it is covered well with cling film to stop it colouring.
