Tuna steaks with avocado & tomato salsa
If you want to give someone a treat….
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
2 tuna steaks
150g chopped cherry tomatoes
2 spring onions finely chopped
1/2 red chilli finely chopped
1 chopped avocado
juice of 1 lime
handful chopped coriander
sea salt & freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Rub a tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper on the tuna steaks and set aside.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix roughly and season.
Get a griddle pan very hot, sear the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes on each side, depending on how thick they are and how cooked you like them. Place on a plate and scoop the salsa on top.
